does anyone know how to get the intel camera's to work if you don't have the "create and share" cd from intel. I got this camera from a microsoft show that I went to. It's the intel deluxe PC camera. If someone could link me to a good place to start looking for answers it would be very helpful:).

Thanks, Joe

well if u are using xp, xp itself can detect the webcam and u able to use microsoft software to take snap shot. If you are using other OS , maybe there are software included in the OS ...i am not sure about this. If u wanna use software like netmeeting or other video conference, u just have to install the driver.

what version of windows are you using? The drivers from the intel site work fine, if installed correctly...

Make sure your USB port is working. Can you try plugging in another USB peripheral to rule out any USB port problems. (make sure USB support is enabled in the BIOS)
