I can't find the Blank Face image from wikipedia

Where can I find the blank - of like an outline of a person.

It seems to be arbitrarily placed (or not placed) in an article of someone that does not have a creative commons picture attributed to them.

I'm no good at google, I think I broke it b/c I didn't find it in about 10 minutes of searching.
