I can't change my IRQ

I'm using Windows XP and have a conflict of my Advansys SCSI adapter and my sound card are both are on IRQ 15. I want to change the sound card's IRQ but it's greyed out and I can't. How do I make the change?
 
In Win2k/XP its normal for devices to share IRQs. Unless your having problems with the devices just leave it alone.

On a side note, you can't change IRQs in Win2k/XP from Device Manager.
