Another case of manufacturers and grocery chains changing the tastes of America. First cryovacking changed the tastes of America from dry aged beef to 'aged in the bag.' Then, margarine changed the preference of most Americans to crap instead of butter. Then the so called 'health trend' eliminated the Prime grade of beef from our markets. Most people today have no idea what real food tastes like and don't care where it comes from as long as it is cheap, fast and, convenient.

We feed our kids crap in our public schools, debate which fast food place has a better sandwich and, shake our heads over the problems of obesity and lack of energy. As a nation we are training our children to prefer the taste of chemicals over natural food stuffs.

Did you know butter comes in 4 grades? Did you also know that the top two grades are rarely if ever sold in grocery stores?

I've only heard of AA, A, and B, and I only buy AA. Land O' Lakes is AA.
