I cant adjust my GPU Fan please help! ^^

guys im a new here i cant adjust my gpu fan i dont know why i cant adjust
there is a manual adjuster but i cant move the bar please help! 🙁

my gpu: Palit GeForce 210 1gb
tweaker i used: thunder master
specs:
pentium(R) Dual-core CPU E5400 @ 2.70 Ghz 2.70 Ghz
4gb ram
64-bit

Windows 7 Ultimate sp1

In the picture you posted "Fixed Fan Speed" is selected.

What happens if you select "Default" or "User Defined"?

Perhaps this is simply a low-end card with a fixed fan speed?

Budget video cards sometimes lack a fan controller, and the fan speed is not adjustable.

If it is not running, then it's broken.

uhhm... so geforce 210 has a setted fan speed?
i cant even moved the white bar at the fixed fan speed.
but dude i dont a have a budget on amd.. 🙁 sorry dude

I think Geforce 210 has a 1 speed fan, not adjustable.

This, most likely. Extremely low-end cards, like the GF 210, don't generally have the bells and whistles of more expensive cards, like fan-speed controllers. Even some $100 GPUs don't have RPM sensing for fan speed. (XFX or Zotac cards with 2-pin fan headers, I'm looking at you.)
