I cannot Burn CD's on WinXP

With a Plextor 16x I've not had any problems with either Nero, Diskjuggler, or CloneCD. Fireburner requires ASPI drivers which I'm too lazy to d/l. I've heard complaints about Nero, but using version 5.5.5.1 to burn music CD's hasn't been a problem. As for disk images, D/J works great.
 
I've had problems with Nero and EZCD creator installed at the same time, but I think newer versions don't experience these problems. I currently have Nero 5.5.x.x installed and EZCD creator Platinum. I installed Nero first and than Platinum. Both working perfect.
 
make sure you're using the latest software. easy cd has a 5.02 update which is supposed to support more burners. nero 5.5.5.1 should be compatible too.
