i cannot access this website

this is a website i designed for a freind. everything looks great.
two days ago, i thought the site went down. but friends have no problem accessing it.

ping www.crdesign.biz gave me ip 199.237.54.174. n then request timed out.
did the server blocked me? because i did try to login a bunch of time, but i entered the wrong password without reallizing it.

a freind told me to get another ip address by

type in ipconfig /release
followed by ipconfig /renew

it loads fine now.

agreed. It's not worth it for most people. They just wanted done fast and beautiful.
