The PS3 is going to outperform the 360, but only by a tiny margin unless the coders spend ages making the code work properly on the Cell's unusual design.

The Wii will be less powerful in terms of hardware, but considering the games, you'll be too busy swatting around a wii-mote to notice.

If you think swinging around something that weighs about the same as ~4-5 AA batteries is a "workout" you should go to the gym anyway.
