Searched everywhere locally and online.
its for under cabinet lighting strips with anywhere from 4 to 5 bulbs in a strip. There are marking on the bulbs, but they are damned near illegible.
First number looks like a 12 then a few spaces then what looks to say 5W-X2(?)
There are 2 leads running off the end of the bulb that are loops themselves. Whne put into the fixture, they fold down onto the base of te bulb and don't stick strait out. Make sense?
