Searched everywhere locally and online.
its for under cabinet lighting strips with anywhere from 4 to 5 bulbs in a strip. There are marking on the bulbs, but they are damned near illegible.

First number looks like a 12 then a few spaces then what looks to say 5W-X2(?)
There are 2 leads running off the end of the bulb that are loops themselves. Whne put into the fixture, they fold down onto the base of te bulb and don't stick strait out. Make sense?

Yeah. It looks like the bulbs on the top light on my SUV. THere are 3 of them in a row to make the long brake light on all cars these days. Take that bulb to Autozone or somethign similar and see if they can match it.

You are looking at 12V (Volt) 5W (Watt) X2 (Xenon) bulbs with a 'wedge base'.

Low volt bulbs like that will be somewhat expensive $ 2.50 and up per bulb.

Pegasus might be a starting point, you might have to E-Mail them to find the correct replacement.

I'm guessing it's a JCD style lamp. I've done theater teach for years and this is one of those things you pick up on. It's too small for any theater applications, but I think a lot of desk lamps and stuff use them.

We always order through catalog suppliers, but this site seems to have them, make sure you click the "What is my pin type" button too
