I'm sure if enough people scream there will be a version of Pocket Thunderbird. I just got a V3m a couple days ago and I'm finally starting to like it (well since I got file transfers enabled 🙂).

Mobile Phones

You can Orb on any cell phone with a Web browser and either Windows Media Player, TCPMP, RealPlayer, or 3GP Player. We recommend that you check with your wireless carrier for a data package with unlimited use.

How did video streaming work? I'm curious since some people say video performance is jerky.

Also, if you don't mind a new email address (it will check your other accounts as well), you can get a free Exchange account at mail2web. It offers free Exchange ActiveSync so you can sync over EVDO. If Moto/Verizon ever get on the ball and release the latest updates for WinMo5, mail2web supports DirectPush email.

nice.

The video was alittle jerky, and for some reason I can't get it full screen🙁 it is a ltitle square in the middle🙁

So far the main issue I have is battery life. On the main battery, checking two imap accoutns every 15min😱 and a few opos every few hours sucks the life out of it..FAST😱

Let's see how it fairs with the extended life.

Also, I notice that it sometimes freezes for a bit, as if overlaoded. Like on a WEb page, If I browse real fast, it will freeze up for a liek 5 secodns sometimes.

Currently we are using IMAP, but exchange/OWA provides sooo many benefits over it. Problem is hsoting our addresses is $5/month/address

def. worth it though

Man...this thing is friggen awesome. I was setting up email accounts, checking e-mail from clients via imap, gettign directions, taking photos of clients' properties for quoting-purposes and this thing performed spendidly. Hell my dad is going to get one too😀

Frankly, shy of OWA/OMA , using IMAP and one of these babies plus some other tools which I won't mention makes for the perfect multimedia tool. We are both going to be able to check mail, stay in sync, and not having to worry about the shortcomings of POP3 or the PITA that is the direct push-mod that can be pulled off via text messages (Verizon is not patching the WM 5.0 OS with the service pack to support direct push for now🙁)

That, and being able to review addendums to contracts made by clients to a word document on it while going 70mph on I--66 and lsitening to classic rock streaming from home, all on this 'phone' is is just.." "

I was watching episodes of house and Top gear from my PVR and from d/loaded stuff on my way home too😀
