Does anybody know why, when I turn my volume up, or put on headphones, I can hear beeps and buzzes. These beeps and buzzes change as I scroll or move mouse, and get faster or louder when opening and app or whatever. WTF is causing this??? Its like my computer is thinking or something.

it'd be a bit easier to help you if you gave us your system specs... sound card especially!

Many sound cards are poorly designed when it comes to analog, and even their circuit boards may be layed out badly for low noise. One of the best cards for analog quality is the old, cheap Ensoniq PCI, which I believe is identical to the Soundblaster 64 PCI, but just because it has the Ensoniq 137x chip doesn't mean it will perform nearly as well. PC AV Tech has reviews of several cards that cost anywhere from $20 to thousands.

When you talk about hearing various sounds when moving the mouse, I had a similar occurence, but, when I muted the Line In and Mic In channels it all went away, you can try that.
