Pretty good clean cut. Holesaw for that?

I'd kind of say that you might wanna look into some trim around the hole, though. That generally looks cleaner (even when the hole is clean to start with) Second thing, is a grille.

Fingers + fan blades != good

One thing, though, even though I can't identify the case panel by looks, It looks likt you're aiming the fan over the AGP slot area. Possibly the CPU, either way, its usually more beneficial for the fan to pull air into the case rather than out of.

I am not even going to be using that panel, I was just cutting it to see how it would turn out so placement didnt matter to me. Tomorrow I will get pictures with some fan grills also. Just keep watching this thread for updates.
And no, it was not a holesaw...

I can cut out anything you want...even complicated designs, or you name or whatever you want.

But something like a design or name will cost a couple of dollars ($2 or $3) more because I have to create a program for it.

I will also post some pictures of what I can do

It sure seems like a neat idea to me. The only thing I'd wonder about would be how much it would cost after shipping and all that stuff? Nice clean cut btw!

ya Tummy shipping might be a pain considering that it has to go both ways
and my full atx case panel is not very light to start off with

but still would be very cool
