Fancy molasses is made from the first boil and also called first syrup. The second boil is called robust or Cooking molasses. The third is called blackstrap molasses.

Interesting, I was only aware of the other two.

Leave it to Canadians to expand the processing and uses of syrup products.
 
The best PB we have found is Kirkland (Costco store brand), natural peanut butter. It contains two ingredients, dry roasted peanuts ans salt.

And it has the best taste.
