Here's what we do, sear a couple pounds of boneless chicken breast in a small amount of oil (don't cook, just sear). Arrange them in a single layer in a 9x13" casserole, spoon over a can of cream of mushroom soup, a box of instant stuffing and enough water as the stuffing mix requires. Bake at 350-375 until the juices run clear and the chicken is white all the way through.
