I was frustrated by those cheap no name tablets and I finally decided to buy a Wacom Intuos 6x11 from CL for $250. The difference is amazing. It's well worth it if you are inclined to draw freehand. Though other than drawing it's pretty useless to me.

I used to have an intuos 3 6x8 back when I was doing animation stuffs. I used it mostly for paintings and sketches, and it was awesome for those tasks. I also tried some Starcraft and shooters, it worked rather well. Maybe with more use it could have replaced my mouse in gaming, but I never used it enough for other than artwork.

i bought a WACOM 6x8 some 3 years ago for under $120 with education pricing. Barely use the thing. Thought I was going to be spending more time with PS and After Effects (lol--also bought the Adobe Production Suite for ~$500 at education pricing). Such a waste :(

great deals though :D

ah, this is the one I have
http://www.wacom.com/intuos/6x8.cfm

paid less than half for it

I have the 12x19 verion. Got it from the Mac art dept. I love this thing. CS3 is already programed for it and it works great. Wacom is the best.

I used to have a Intuos 6x8, but I returned it because it was too expensive. I have a Bamboo Fun now, and while it's great, the Intuos was still leaps and bounds ahead of it. MAN I miss that thing.

zinfamous... YGPM. :)

I did it! I present to you: Sonic The Hedgehog

Did I mention I wasn't an artist? Yeah. Anyways, this thing is pretty fun, and will take some getting used to. I need to figure out how to use all the features and shortcuts. Right now it takes a lot of work to draw simple stuff, because I don't know how to use everything exactly.

I am on my second tablet pc. The first was a toshiba tecra m4-s435. Despite the fact that the mainboard had to be replaced yearly due to the nvidia graphics chip failing(now failed again outside of warranty) it was great for taking notes in class. i just bought a hp tx2500z and it is quite nice.

I already ran out of things to do. I know there was some good suggestions but I can't seem to find anything to do with it. Gotta be some cool software out there that's made for tablets.

I did get a better drawing program. I'm pretty bored and will attempt to draw something if you name it :)

That is amazing and could have never been done with a mouse.

Well, the signature part couldn't of been done with a mouse :). Drawrings look a lot better in this other program I started using.

The Rule 34 site always needs more stuff.

For example, we need more Rule 34 of these two:
