I mean, that's not very polite, but I don't really have a counterargument on this point so let's move on.

Like I trust an inanimate "smart" watch to run a lab, test mayo, get numbers related to nutrition facts, check the math, have it peer reviewed, buy a web domain, and post the nutrition facts there. That hardly seems likely. :eyeroll:

But I totally trust Kraft Canada to do something similar, and the ingredient list on their site includes "sugar." http://www.kraftcanada.com/brands/heinz-seriously-good-mayo/products :colbert:

And to those that tell me to calm down: no. This bsns is srs.
What if it's an Apple Watch?

My scoffing at inanimate "smart" watches does not extend to the clearly sentient and absolutely perfect Apple Watch, of course. If Apple Watch starts posting nutrition facts online, I'll treat those posts as gospel.

...only because the size of a single "serving" is so small. Like 1 spoonful. Seriously.

Yep ... approx 1.5g per 100g's sugar so not very much.

Copied & pasted directly from here:

Ingredient Declaration
SOYBEAN OIL, FROZEN FREE RUN WHOLE EGGS, WATER, VINEGAR, FROZEN FREE RUN YOLKS (EGG), SUGAR, SALT, SPICES, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA, GARLIC POWDER.

Also whats up with the frozen eggs? Just curious.

A) Mac sauce is horrible so point stands
B) Mac sauce has no tomato so has no tomato ketchup. https://aht.seriouseats.com/2011/05/the-burger-lab-building-a-better-big-mac.html

Couple folks beat you to the punch ... apparently the pinkish color is from paprika.

Still totally gross IMO whatever its made of!

You are arguing symantecs? 0g is 0g...…...if there is sugar (which there isn`t) it is so miniscue it matters to nobody not even type 1 diabtics!!

No. I'm just saying you don't look at a serving which barely weighs more than 1 gram and say "it has no sugar" because sugar content in one serving is less than 1 gram. The serving size in your link is conspicuously missing, but we know it would be no more than a tablespoon.

I don't think the guy was even concerned with nutrition. He was concerned with mayo (and everything else) tasting too sweet.

And Heinz is just sugared tomato sauce so what's your point? (Hunt's is too though, and probably most others.)

As someone else pointed out, Whataburger isn't doing Heinz. And blech, McDonald's fountain is possible the worst of any fast food place (only worse soft drinks I think has been at Chili's where its like McDonalds but with extra bad flavor from their tastes like dipped in bleach glasses and probably never having their fountain cleaned). I figured McDonalds would have been the flagship for the "Freestyle" machines, but apparently not. Even Subway has those (although small ones that are quite limited, not even sure if they have the flavor options like cherry/etc). Their awful drink seletion and their beef flavor has really made McDonalds probably my least favorite burger place (I almost always get breakfast instead on the few times I eat there). In 'n Out isn't far behind (for similar reasons, but its way better value). Thankfully there's a bunch of places down here that have Pepsi (most of the nationwide burger chains have Coke which sucks, but there's a bunch of mom and pop or local chains with Pepsi here), and better burgers to boot (Culver's, better beef, waaaaaaay better cheese, and Pepsi fountain, they also have their own Root Beer; oh and better variety than McDonald's outside of breakfast).

Could have sworn they used Heinz at some point within the last 10 years, though admittedly, I usually rip the the seal of the packaging very quickly upon receiving my food.

Haven't eaten McD's since high school, so cannot comment on the food.

Coke > Pepsi, objectively.

here is how it works for diabetics:

anything less than 5 grams of carbs per serving is considered 0 grams.
