I searched all over for him since this morning and my wife and I couldnt find him anywhere. I figured he shot out one of the holes in the lid and died between the tank and the wall. Well 5 minutes ago my wife sees him in the tank swimming around. Were like wtf where did he come from. So were watching him and he gets neer the filter where the water comes out. Hangs around the stream and bolts 3-4 inches upwards UPSTREAM no less into the damn filter unit. I thought he looked awsume when I bought him now it is the coolest thing I have ever owned! Needless to say my wife just taped every hole opening so he wont jump out. Wants to live in the filter fine hate to see him jump out on the carpet now that I can see it wont be a problem for him to do so.

Just thought I would ramble. Thanks for listening.

Now with a crummy pic I took yesterday when we got it.

If he will strike a pose next time it comes out I will get better pics.

It struck a pose!

It sounds like he like tubing. Have you thought about putting something in the tank that he can slide into?

When I saw it I had to have it and didnt care. When I got home and did some research on it and couldnt believe that it can reach 36" (3 feet) and can be trained to eat from my hand. I need to find me another tank and quick!

Its 58mb and I dont have any way I can send something that big unless someone has an Idea. Kinda new to this so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Unless it decides not to eat I dont plan on making it ever become road kill sorry. I want to so bad figure out how i am going to train it to be hand fed. That one link the guy provided on here said that it can actually come out of the tank and go in your hand to feed. That would be soo f'n cool!
