I went to Ippolito's Italian Restaurant and bought enough dough for a 16 inch pizza for about $4 well worth it IMO
then in a pan I sauteed chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, and something I found in the pantry called "Italian Seasoning" worked out well

then sauteed onions, and a ton of jalapeños

then in calzone went provolone, onions, jalapeños, chicken, mushrooms, then stuffed it to the max with mozzarella cheese :)

Ill have pictures of the inside tomorrow after lunch
I forgot to take picture before dinner ;)

this thread is worthless without pics of the inside of the calzone, seriously. To use a 4chan meme, sauce?

Nice job. As an Italian-American, I approve of your concoction :)

Really glad you went the extra mile for good dough. All the fillings in the world wouldn't cover up a nasty crust.

On the outside, it looks like you cooked it perfectly, too. The edges slightly burnt, everything else golden. Got a cross-section, or did you eat it too fast? :)

Wow, you got royally ripped. You should be able to buy it for half that and make it for 50 cents.

When I had my pizza restaurant, I sold calzone twice the size in the picture for $5.50.

Good thing you can make calzones because your reading skills suck.

If $4 is what it costs for proper dough there, it's worth it. Also, keep in mind he made 3 with the dough he bought, not just that one.

$4 for raw dough? Flour cost have gone up but that's ridiculous. You can make 3 calzones easily with a large dough.
