IMO, using stereotypes to create jokes is completely necessary... there are reasons stereotypes exist, it is not like one day someone decided to say "you know, i want to make people believe that all black people enjoy fried chicken, asians have small dicks, trailer parks are breeding grounds for white trash, kentucky is full of white trash, california is full of greenies, etc"

No. Racism like this is nothing but hatred cloaked as bad humor. I respect the fact that everyone has a right to their own opinion, but my opinion is that anyone who says things like this needs to be removed from the gene pool.
