I am very disappointed with NewEgg

I placed an order for a hard drive on 1/2/2008. They have yet to ship my item. :|. The excuse they give me is last week was a holiday. BS. I order a whole bunch of stuff from other places for work(new year we get to spend money ) last week and I've either have my items already or they will be delived in the next day or so.

What gives NewEgg? What gives?
I ordered from them because they are quick on shipping and only 3 days delivery from me. If I ordered from ZipZoomFly I'd have the drive by now even though they are on the other side of the country. :|

Boy you are on the wrong place to rant about newegg... Nevertheless it does seem a little too long to process such a simple order, you can either cancel your order and/or contact customer support.

I ordered a HD yesterday from Newegg and picked free shipping. It shipped from NJ and, it's scheduled to be delivered today 🙂

yeap. to many are trying to ignore and shout down anyone that says anything bad about newegg (such as in this thread).


They are not as good as they used to be. people are having problems. but ohh hell don't rant about them here! because you are wrong! newegg can't screw up!

Just checked my order placed last Wednesday, it shipped out Thursday.
UPS 3 DAYS != 5 days, thanks sucky UPS, good thing I'm not in a hurry for this.
