avoid them like nightmare
they gave me 2003 toyota echo over 42000miles
car turned out to be without driverside airbag, no horn, poor tires, bad brakes, expired license plate, i drove to anaheim at night and didnt realize until the next day. Than I went to store opened the trunk , than went to open the door and realize that i only have half of the key, called them up thinking they have roadside assistance, they said its my fault I broke the key, but i didnt do no neglience didnt twist or opened the trunk in any negligent way, they told me to get cab come get the key, roundtrip cab from anaheim $180 and cheapest locksmith I found $70 to extract they other half of the key and make new key. I called them they said to give them two hours they will either bring me new key or new car, fine in two hours they call me and tell me opposite that they not gonna do anything. Finally I returned the car next day, there were other customers there he wanted to charge me full price and for me be responsible for $70 locksmith charge, he tells me sign finally receipt i said no and there were other customers started asking if not to rent from them so i said their cars are unsafe he said i am not gonna charge you anything just leave right now
guess what he charged me today! i will dispute the charge once it becomes final from preauthorization, but to which CA state agencies can i complaint about this crapy place

Translated:
I have one thing to say: Never rent a car from a no-name car rental company. I had a bad experience with them and will post the entire store tomorrow.
