just wondering, say you bid on it then find out its a stupid scam, and you have the winning bid, you can simply not pay the guy right or do you HAVE to pay him because of some rule on e-bay?

looked athis feedback. those those that left neg feedback, he left neg feedback with comments of racial remakrs and slow payment which are probably not true or have good reasons.
 
WOW!!! what an amazing scam!! Im gonna try that with some empty boxs! Noone would buy my friendship for £10, despite having a pic of a hot bird alongside it, so this should definately work... HAHA 5 bids. Awsum! 1000th post too WOOO!!! Sweet, im golden now!

Technically it's illegal to do that, but you can't really get into any trouble, the worst that would happen is that you'd get negative feedback.
 
Take a look at the latest bidder's info. Poor Zybua, it looks like he already bought a processor on ebay that didn't work. He's in for another surprise if he wins..
