time to invest in some rechargeable batteries... probably cheaper in the long run.

dont cordless mice/keyboards suck up batteries like there's no tomorrow anyways?

you don't know how much crap my buddy got for running out of batteries half way through a LAN. we still tease him, although now he _always_ has a set on backup.

You must understand, I have reams of paper, tons of ink for my printer, spindles of fresh media for my burner, how this happened is totally a mystery and embarrasing, thank goodness it didn't happen at a Lan party :)

I ran into a similar problem, so I got a charger with some AA's, and now I have at least 4 charging at all times. Of course, if that ever happened to me and I had no other alternative, I'd go to HyVee or Wal Mart. Don't you have any 24-hour stores?

lol, running out at 2:30am to pay 7/11 inflated prices for batteries so that I can nef with a back button would be just a tad excessive :)

if you think that sucks, wait until you get a 24-pack of AAs and then come home to find your tv remote / alarm clock / etc. ran out and you don't have a 9 volt.

If you prefer, you can just stay on this page and hit F5 continually, waiting for your next neffing opportunity. No back button required.

Or... <gasp> ... you can use "Backspace"... eh?

Next time wrap paper around them until they're equal in diameter to the AA's.

:)

It will work, & it's certainly better than nothing.
