Hmm. As soon as you "heard" that your friend was bringing over food, you felt hungry. Scientists would call that a "Pavlovian Response." You were most probably not very hungry at all, but as soon as you found out that food was coming, your stomach started growling and you got cranky b/c your tummy needed to be refueled. 🙂

It's obviously just mind over matter.

Actually,no,I usually eat very lightly,I was pretty sick for a couple weeks though and am just starting to get an appetite back.
