Yeah...but what if you buy something at a shop in an airport and need it for the airplane ride. They should ban this kind of packaging for consumer electronics.

Big pair of titanium scissors works for me, cut through the molded sides, across the weaker inner panel, then just pull it apart.

At my last job, we used a lot of compact flash cards, but they were in blister packages. I got tired of using the scalpel and used the paper cutter.

i just use a chainsaw to cut the 4 sides of the packets ... quick and easy :evil:

I use heavy duty garden shears. It goes through like a chainsaw cutting warm butter.

I bought a flash drive that was in blister packaging. So I take some scissors and cut open the packaging. I found out later I cut the flash drive holder(just a flimsy piece of plastic) in half 🙁.
