Hi, guys I am planning to connect through an unknown router and its unsecure. But for security what firewall do you guys recommend?

Dude, I am going to my cousin's apartment in san francisco. He just live right next to a internet cafe. So you are saying that is illegal?

Plus, I am using the web for browsing and downloading. Its only illegal if you try to hack or download illegals files. I am using the internet safely and legally. So using someone's wifi is not illegal.

Just use windows firewall and make sure you don't have windows file sharing enabled.

Also, I suggest you do not allow UPnP. Run services.msc and disable SSDP discovery service.

Keep track of your open ports in Windows Firewall to make sure you only have those ports that are required open.
