The skin would be stretched out, and the breasts would be pretty saggy. For anyone who gets implants, they need to expect to replace them every 15 to 20 years from what my wife's doctor told her.

I re-read what I wrote, and damn, I'm wrong. When I wrote it, I was more thinking in the lines of breasts being more of a psychological form of sexual pleasure, where a penis is something phsyical, that a women can feel, the bigger the better inside. I would see breast to be compared to something like (to women) how how big a man's butt is, or his pecs, you know? I just painted a wrong picture.
