not really a small town, it was actually in two different towns....one's the 3rd biggest in MA, the other's another decent sized town. Obviously the 2nd time it happened he didn't have his license...or insurance

what about drinking and not driving?
Bring a sleeping bag next time and if no other place, then sleep in the back of your car.

And make sure your keys are not in the vehicle, as someone here found out the hard way. 🙂

seriously, he knew what he would be getting posting that here.

you live and you learn........sometimes some people have to learn the hard way, real hard way.

Next time you want to drive drunk, take a look in the miror at the scar you'll have on your forehead and consider that you can do much worse, just as easily, to another road user in that state.

Hope you were the only person in your car.

That was rather a tame post.

My mother got killed when she was 25 and I was 6. I heard she was a great person but I never got to know her and the only thing I remember about her is waving good bye to her about ten minutes before she was killed by a drunk driver.

I had a chance to meet the person who killed her. (He was drunk and racing down the road in the wrong lane.) But I turned it down.

Wow dude, there are no words for pain like that 🙁
It's something people can learn from, don't pull sh!t like drinking and driving.
If you want to drink, find a new way home 🙁

well, at least no one else got hurt. Man, I hope you learned from this, seriously. I did something stupid (not driving related) while drunk and it put me on crutches for about 5 months. It's been 8 months and I still can't walk in a straight line.

so yea, learn from it! you are going to drink again, for sure, so the safest bet is to not ever drive drunk again.

Please elaborate...🙂

Take care of yourself from now on. This is a good chance for you to walk away with a relatively mild warning.

Has drinking been a problem for you or are you just quitting because of the accident?

Just when I thought I couldn't be more disappointed with you.🙁 This incident (not accident) truely makes me sad.

I'm not going to lie...I have drank and drove home. I have driven while I was high...nothing ever happend, and I regret doing it. It is so easy to find another way home or sleep in my car.

If you are caught drinking and driving, you should lose your licence for like 10 years, if not longer. If you kill someone, you should be in jail for life.

I really hope you pay the price and suffer. I don't mean from injuries...but like never being able to get a real job or stuff like that. Hypocritical? A bit. But I never broke anything.
