I have the same rules at my company. And they enforce them, they actually check and write you up if you dont change your passwords that often. Oh, and I have at least 7 different passwords that I use every day to log into all the stupid systems I use.

Gods, I have 4 different passwords at work. They started off as some letters then numbers I randomly picked and now I just increment them all by random number when it comes time to change.
