yep, of course, but i can't find something really useful there...

on javascripts i recommend gointo http://www.freecode.com and just learning by example, this is assuming you have some programming background if you dont, well, son it will take a lot longer than that. as for flash, there's macromedia's and adobe's website they have "basic" totarials, if you really want to get involved with them, then buy a book, thats what i did, and it was worth the monye.
