audio, video and nic. Anyone have any suggestions? I haven't even been able to find such a board at any price...

I don`t think there`re any KT266A boards with all the features you meantion,if you must have all those features then your best bet is a nForce board.
 
The KT266a chipset does not have integrated video. I do not believe it has on-chip LAN either (I have never seen a KT266a board with it). Your best bet is the nForce. the Sis 735 has all but the video.
 
well, the soyo dragon+ is a board w/ integrated nic and 5.1 audio. also comes w/ a smartcard reader. but the other guys are right, nothing that is kt266a has video. so if video is important, nforce is the way to go.
