I am load balancing two 3000/768 connections

I have dual gigabit ethernet and two separate verizon dsl 3000/768 connections. I have two modems and two routers with one connection going into each port.

If I open up Newsleecher and Azureus, they will use separate connections, allowing me to max out both of them. All of my other programs work the same. This is fine but I'd like to have more control over it.

Is there any way for me to tell programs to use a certain connection? I want CS:S to always use connection 1 and Newsleecher to ALWAYS use connection 2. Is there any way to configure this?

I asked this a while back and it seems the only way is to run a virtual PC of a second machine or something. It's what I've done so far and it works well, though, very cumbersome.

You could get a dual wan router and bind whatever port the app uses to one connection.
