I am late but damn Lost is pretty good

Season 1 is great.

1st half of season 2 sucks, but the second half is really good.

Season 3 was pretty lame, but the last few episodes were pretty good.
 
I'm getting the g/f caught up too and she really likes it. Hope to have the series done by the time new episodes start.

Agreed. It got really stupid after season 1. People living in houses was way over the line for me. That is insane.
 
Season One was awesome. I really liked the back-stories of all the characters though they also pissed me off occasionally because I wanted more island-goodness.

My problem with the show was a dumb assumption I made: just because a movie channel carried the show here, I assumed it was going to be a special high-production-values mini-series (like Band of Brothers). It wasn't until the last few episodes of Season One that I realized that there was no resolution in sight and this show and all its unanswered mysteries might drag on for 50/100 more episodes. Halfway through Season Two, I lost interest when I realized Season Three was starting in North America that week.
 
You're late into phase 1, the LOST is awesome phase. But you're also late for the next phase, phase 2, "what a stupid piece of shit" phase. It starts around season two I think, but season 1 is a nice prelude.

Because you're slow on the uptake doesn't mean you won't come to the same realization the rest of us have. In fact you should save yourself the time because we've all been there.

No, they probably watched a lot of it like the folks who love it, but soon realized what a fucked up twisted waste of time it really is.

I still watch it though, just so I can see how it ends. That will be such a glorious day.
