My Dad actually calls my dog a FLD, funny looking dog. I guess FLK, funning looking kid, is actually a commonly used term for a kid that just doesn't look "normal" but it's too early to figure out what exactly is wrong. They will actually put FLK on the kid's chart.
 
It must be a generational or practice setting thing as I dont recognize most of those abbreviations.

Its probabaly more common in ER settings where the doctors are constantly bombarded by non sick patients and professional pain seekers.

I know a few:

GOMER- get out of my emergency room
FNLK: funny looking kid, usually mean md is not smart enough to properly name the syndrome.
 
I'll invent some new ones.

DMML = Didn't make me laugh. Patient is clinically depressed.

NS = NumbSkulliosis = Dumb as a box of rocks.
