:Q

Well, I doubt he will do it, but I emailed him and said I have no confidence in him and would like to receive my payment first.. Before I return this POS.( doubt he will )

This is really turning ugly..

I sent him the DOA card back, with a FEDEX tracking number, it shows it was delivered on the 12th of April.

He responds back on the 18th they didn't receive it, and now won't reply to my emails.

I have no left negative feedback.

How can I get this guys phone number?

What can I do from here?

This is the address I sent the card back to.

Nova Group
3005 Lancaster Ave
Wilmington, DE 19805

This guy is a prick.

Wow Ti4600's are that cheap now???!

I've been really out of the loop. Perhaps I should give my brother in law a better card. He's using a A64 3200 with a GF2GTS and complains a lot. 😱

Wait though..

Was the card literally DOA, or was the fan spinning at 50RPM and making horrible sounds the only problem?

The fan would spin @ 50rpm and make horrible noise, but would not get a signal either..

No post, DOA.

$70 for a Ti4600 is not that bad of a deal..

Show me a card that has the same performance for $70 on Newegg.com

never ship back without filing a paypal claim (if you paid via paypal)
that way you at least have some protection and they will get the tracking number so when it arrives you get your money back and if the seller is unresponsive to them u get ur money back

And thats assuming you had to have AGP. They still make PCI cards better, and for less, then the 4600 you purchased. Like this one.

And if you could go PCI-express, then you could have gotten an x300 for about the same price or less as well.

OK maybe not the 5200 cards, its been so long I just assumed that 5200 was a higher number and thus, better. So I guess I was wrong. I thought the 9600 cards were better though, I guess the 4600 is even better then the 5900 too?? Those nVidia naming schemes from then are really confusing. Oops.

Not one of those cards you mentioned it faster..

Let alone provides the same amount of bandwidth.

Only thing is doesn't have is DX9 support.

Charts

EDIT: X300? LOL.. The ti4600 destroys that card. PCI-E or not.

As I explained in my last tow email to you. I have submitted the
request to have a refund check issued to you. I will follow up with
eBay and anybody else with the same details.

Thanks
Rich

Responded back after almost 5 or 6 days of no communcation..

He is a liar, he never informed me about a refund check, or anything close to that..

"anyone else " is the cops.

😀

Seems that got him to respond.
