UPDATE: April 25th..

This is really turning ugly..

I sent him the DOA card back, with a FEDEX tracking number, it shows it was delivered on the 12th of April.

He responds back on the 18th they didn't receive it, and now won't reply to my emails.

I have now left negative feedback.

How can I get this guys phone number?

What can I do from here?

UPDATE: Now have at least 10 emails going with this guy, from multiple accounts including my Ebay ID and item #.

He FINALLY emailed me on the 18th and said "shipped" should arrive in 2 days.

Well its now the 29th and no card yet again.


I email him the other day with this..

Sent e-mails from two different addresses, no messages in ebay for me either.

I sent the M/O on the 3rd of March and have not heard ANYTHING from anyone.

The user have a pretty good feedback, but the negative ones he had, didn't look to good.


I guess wait it out a few more days?

I would have hoped to hear something buy now..

Should have stuck with FS/FT forum 🙂

I wouldnt wait any longer. I have never liked eBay. Report him to ebay. That is just BS. I did get very close to getting ripped off, but its a long story.

Seriously, report him! 🙂

i personally think about 98.5+ is safe.

Don't look at the percentage, look how how often he gets the negative feedback. Anything less than 98% should be an indication worth checking out. He has gotten 12 negative feedbacks in the past month, so he gets 3 a week almost. That's not good.

Granted no one should ever had negative feedbacks.. ( If you're a GOOD trader )

7000 - 343 isn't TOOOOOOO bad..

With that link you can check out only neutral/negative feedback at a glance. It appears that he has some complaints about slow shipping, but I don't see anyone saying they didn't receive their item at all. Defnitely not the best seller though, making you worry about your item and not returning emails.

Oh actually I do see some folks saying they didn't receive any product, some of the older reviews.
 
Dang! I just realized I was almost screwed by the same seller. He sold me a bum DVD drive, and didn't refund my money until I threatened neg feedback.

He better hope it works, either way, I am leaving NEGATIVE feedback for this guy.

Poor communication and poor overall speed.

Read the positive feedback. Some of his positive feedback is negative. That's why I don't like the ebay feedback thing: people are afraid to leave negative feedback because they're afraid the other person will respond with negative feedback. I'd bet that 90% of the time something like this happens - where it takes much longer than it should have taken to get an item shipped, it still results in positive feedback.

I buy most of my stuff from FS/FT, doesn't mean you can't find decent things on eGay though..

Guess I just picked the wrong seller.

He should hope it comes Monday or I am reporting him to ebay..
