Hello,

I finally got away from this dialup slowness.

I recently got DirecPC ( Iknow Satellite Internet is supposed to suck, but it was the only option). DirecPC IMHO is a pretty decent option if you don't have any availabilty towards Cable, DSL, or Wireless Internet. It's pretty qucik for what I need.

The download Cap of 165MB Durin gon Peak and 225 MB off peak sucks. But on the other hand I have been doing pretty good. Downloading things like 30 MP3s in 20 minutes and that stuff. It rocks 🙂

Anyway gotta get to bed. Hopefully this ISO is done when I wake up.

Please tell me those are per day figures. If not, you're in for some real pain. 🙂 Congrats on the broadband though.
 
actually the cap is within 4 hour period. I work during the day so I only download at night.

I'll probably slow down once it gets boring 🙂

Oh, thank goodness. I get ratelimited and I'm stuck at 56kbps after I DL 600MB of material, and that's bad enough.
