I am finally at that age.

No Lifer
I cant eat pizza.
I cant drink milk.
I cant have chocolate.
I think I may need to add prune juice to my morning routine.

And no, there will not be any more details.

Yes, with the times we as humans are degenerating. It's not really age, it is human gene being worse and worse combined with the age.
I suspect in 20 years period we might only really be able to eat antialergic food. Similar to high-pure breed cats and dogs.

Maybe try to change your lifestyle. I was (deadly) allergic to anything nuts. I almost died once using a spoon someone used in chinese buffett on peanut sauce in another sauce.

I changed my life drastically (moving from stress of megacity) to living in the woods, now even more close to the nature. First year i was suffering (had a wallnut tree 100m from the window) and after just two years i can even down 200g peanut butter in one session.

Same with guts. i had reflux after just wine glass. Stopped eating junk food with overused oil, now can even enjoy meat sauce from pulled pork without feeling dead for a day.

No pizza? Just kill me now.
I stopped eating pizza, but since my weight has been dropping (planned) I'm eating one most weekends (home made).

I eat chocolate but have cut way back. Most days I don't, and when I do, only a little.

I drink a fair amount of milk, always from nonfat dry milk powder.

well then what is it?
Yeah, it could be lactose intolerance. That can come on at some point in your life. I think it can also go away, did some research. I had some kind of digestive issue around 2 or 3 years ago and thought it might be L.I. It went away. I did start taking an OTC probiotic capsule daily and still do. I don't know if that has anything to do with the condition disappearing, though. Possible.

I'm finally at that age, I can say "I don't care".
I watch what I eat. I'm not a fanatic, but I AM informed. I care about my weight, I need to be healthy and energetic to get on with my life. Diet is always a big part of that.

Nothing like IR (insulin Resistance) (Insulin resistance is when cells in your muscles, fat, and liver don't respond well to insulin and can't use glucose from your blood for energy. To make up for it, your pancreas makes more insulin. Over time, your blood sugar levels go up. )...to get your attention or burn out your pancreas if you ignore.

I eat all that stuff and I figure I'm older than you. I may be healthier, though, I'm damned healthy for my age. My bloodwork is perfect, I exercise a ton.

The pizza I made Sunday (I stopped making pizza because I figured not good, but have been making one/week on weekends for the last 6 weeks or so) was incredible. Maybe the best I've ever had. I made it real real fast and it came out super super. 5 kinds of cheese, 4 kinds of meat, homemade Italian sauce from home grown tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, for the first time I put on a little kabocha squash pieces (also home grown). It was about the size of two pieces you'd get in a restaurant, but I cut my round pizza in 8 small pieces. I use a bread machine to make enough for 4 pizzas and freeze 3 for later, unfreeze when it's time to make the next.

I don't eat much chocolate lately, I cut back. NFDMilk. I have prunes but haven't eaten any in maybe a year.
