I'm a shiitake man myself, although portobellos ARE fantastic. Don't do truffles unless I'm at a restaurant.

I'm also a big fan of psilocybin mushrooms, although I would not recommend those after a bad week.

I'm a shiitake man myself, although portobellos ARE fantastic. Don't do truffles unless I'm at a restaurant.
