Haha I was wondering if fielding would be brought up. Either way it's definitely beyond the scope of hobbyist SWECS.

Now an interesting project for those living in the arid SW would be a static generator of isolated lines connected to a large Leyden battery. I bet that could generate a serious EMP every few minutes on a breezy day. :Q
