The rupture disk will be about four inches on these units. 75F evaporator (inlet) with 14psig head pressure (115F condenser cooling tower water in sump) is operating at nearly surge conditions.

If you fracture that disk it would be fun in a nasty way.

Yes it was staged (stored) in orange barrel like vessels that would pour at room temperature. The fumes could overcome you pretty quickly too.
