Some may know my old vp of engineering got axed so they found someone new...
damn, i feel sorry for the guy. He left a cushy job and came into our hellhole. He's like
60+yrs old and kinda feeble looking...shakes quite a bit and a few times i really thought he was gonna get a stroke. Why is he doing this? 60+...go enjoy life and stuff(i know he's loaded).

anyways, he's soo forgetful so the bigwigs dun trust him anymore...almost every request that he makes to me i am obligated to report. They then kinda tackle against him...really sucks. I need to protect myself but really have nothing against the guy and want him to succeed...coz he's a nice dude and prolly a kickass cto/vp/coder in his younger years.

him leaving actually turned out good for everyone...but this new guy i actually want and want him to succeed. Evidently not happening.

yesterday during a meeting...i saw that he had trouble capping a pen..
