So earlier this week i got my hands on my Nokia E61i.. I like the phone but i have found its flaws.. and its irritating me.

So i went and bought a 4gb iphone tonight. I havnet activated it. However i am still debating if iits worth it.

I wil have to return my Nokia to Buy.com and get hit by a restocking fee and get stuck in a 2 yr contract (unless i unlock this iphone).

I dont know what to do.. if i do unlock the iphone i sitll will have to pay for a data plan but i doubt i would have visual voicemail.

UGH i am so indecisive.. i dont know what to do..

So atot, what should i do?

okay so let me explain exactly whats going on in my head.

So i bought the nokia E61i as i need a complete all in all machine. Well it turns out there are parts of the nokia e61i interface that i hate.. namely the keyboard and the buttons. I keep finding myself going around in circles when it comes to making a phone call. While yes there are shortcuts and its a good phone but the big problem i have is its size.. its too broad.

The iphone was the alternate that i didnt get because i was like 2 yr contract with at&T do i want to do that. BUt now that i hate the Nokia interface (though i could learn to live with it - but the size of the phone is kinda pissing me off) i have to figure out what to do. So i bought the iphone cause i liked that and was the second choice.

So with the iphone i can either sign the contract (i am an AT&T customer) or unlock it. If i unlock it i wont be in contract but i will still need the data plan. Which is 25 bucks (when you arent in a contract) but the added benefit is that i can use my old simcard. However the problem there is what if apple does something screwy with the unlock thing. So it might be safer to go with the contract then. I am just vary of contracts and a 2 yr contract..
