Basically i dont see the use in arguing it, but theres the proof. Plus in areas that its legal, like Amsterdam, the way of the people is just different from the United States. They can drink at any age, they drive younger, etc. I think we have a very immature society that would abuse something like that, just like alcohol and smoking. Not calling anyone here immature, i'm thinking of the people that abuse these substances and then put people at risk that have nothing to do with it.
