I always thought serving alcohol on college campuses was illegal.

One of the food courts in my uni sells beer and wine. I always thought they couldn't serve alcohol on college campuses.

Some universities have that policy, but I'm not aware that it involves actual laws.

Oh lol ... My bad. I'm kinda in a religious mode from the "What would you do if God wasn't real thread" I apologize.

To answer the OP though, I don't believe my school sells alcohol, but I don't see why they couldn't. If you are over 21 then go ahead and buy. If not, don't drink.
