My Canon MF8280cw weighs in at 57.3lbs. I refer to it as the aircraft carrier. Canon continues to update drivers and the firmware in the multi function printer. I got it in 2014. It's pretty nice to have an ancient printer that has current windows 11 drivers. It even updates the internal firmware wirelessly. The heavy printers are always the color printers. If you have a black and white laser printer, they are light by comparison.

Well, they do have a lot of "smarts" in them. They think much; they are therefore dangerous to the state (Julius Caesar). The are veritable fonts of wisdom.
