Great tunes, awesome songs, great dialogue, and a refreshing storyline ;)

I love how they tie stuff together with each story, and the awesome songs and dialogue are icing on the cake :D

I saw this on a flight last year and it was one of the best, most creative movies (animated or otherwise) i have seen in a long time.
Very funny, clever writing. You are also right about the songs. Great movie for adults and kids! I think that kids would not get most of the jokes though.

Hoodwinked was boring and unimaginative. F- from me.

EDIT:

I'll give it a D, because at least I didn't feel dumb after watching it like some movies :p.

It's more for adults than kids. Though kids will like it on the more basic level. Adults will get all the jokes.

Ultraviolet was crap, but nice try.

I guess you must have seen it :). I got the recorded OTA HD and just thought, how on earth do you come up with something this bad?

Unfortunately :(. The premise sounded cool when I read it, but my god, it was so poorly implemented. The acting was stoic, the characters were so rigid, you couldn't empathize with them. You felt detached watching it.

I must have watched it about 4 times now, and it never fails to be utterly enjoyable

Sadly, comic book characters tend to be 2 dimensional (pun intended). Most comic adaptation sucks. But I think this one takes the cake.
