Buffalo Ribeye

Thursday night we had dinner at The Swan restaurant in the Inverness Hotel in Englewood, CO. That is buffalo ribeye on potatoes and Israeli Artichokes. The drink is a Grey Goose dirty martini with 3 olives. That was the first martini of any kind that I liked.

Oh, yeah...

$30 for the entree.
$8 for the salad.
$10 for the drink.

I have no idea what the dessert cost, but it was just as evil as the rest of the food. If I was only rich... *dreams and drools*
