Answer: "The advertised price."

Which reminds me of a time when I was looking for a truck and the dealer told me the "advertised price" was a misprint, not their fault, and they couldn't honor it. I'd be more inclined to believe that if their ad the next weekend hadn't listed the exact same vehicle at the exact same "misprinted" price! If it was an error, they were doing absolutely nothing to fix it!

I can't count how many times this happened to me with used cars, mostly those advertised online. Ad says 8900$, you get there and the window sticker says 9900$. Guy says it's an error, but he'll sell it to you for 8900$, but can't go under that, blah blah... 😀

I'ma gonna try this when I sell my bike.

2008 SV650, 15,000 miles, one owner, adult owned, complete service records, many upgrades, never been down.

$2500 asking price
+500 nigerian scammer fee
+500 stupid n00b rider rejection fee
+500 bogus check fee
$4000 OTD!!!

So if I was a Nigerian Scammer n00b rider with a bogus check, you'd give me your SV for 2500? 😀
